Appendix H

I developed this spreadsheet to keep track of late homework assignments throughout our three-teacher team.  Our policy dictates that students receive a detention after handing in 5 assignments late.  It can be difficult to keep track of late assignments when students go to more than one teacher.  This spreadsheet is saved on our school network.  When a student has a late assignment, we put our first letter of our last name and the date in the box and save the file.  When another teacher opens the file, it will be up-to-date.  When a teacher gives the fifth, they issue a detention.  The spreadsheet below shows data that was entered by three different teachers from their own computer.  The development of this tool shows my understanding of the following elements from the NETS-T, CTTC, and CCCT.

NETS-T I.a, IV.b, V.c, V.d

CTTC I.b, I.d, II.c, III.a, III.b

CCCT – 3.6
